Jerseyville Precision, Inc. has their own roll grinding facility where we grind rolls for levelers, 4 hi rolling mills, 2 hi rolling mills, z-mills, z-mill bearings, slitter knives and all types of shafts.

Along with our grinding services, we also have our machine tool rebuilding division that specializes in the refurbishment of roll grinders and cylindrical grinders.

We also perform preventive maintenance on machines and repairs in the field when needed.

Our refurbishment on roll grinders consist of a complete mechanical rebuild and all new state-of-the-art electrics including computerized crowning, computerized wheel balancing acoustical emission monitoring and non-contact gauging.
